Website Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 23, 2026
NeuroEdge Psychological Services (“NeuroEdge,” “Practice,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting privacy. This Website Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, maintain, protect, disclose, and process personal information when you visit or interact with our website, social media pages, online forms, or other online services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Service”).
This Website Privacy Policy applies to website and online visitor information. It does not replace the NeuroEdge Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how Protected Health Information (“PHI”) may be used and disclosed in connection with clinical, assessment, consultation, billing, insurance, and healthcare operations.
Please Do Not Submit Sensitive Health Information Through General Website Tools
Please do not submit detailed health information, psychological history, neuropsychological test information, legal case information, emergency concerns, or other sensitive information through general website forms, social media, or standard email unless you have been specifically instructed to use a secure communication method provided by NeuroEdge.
Virtual-Only Practice and Administrative Contact
NeuroEdge is a virtual-only practice. Any mailing address listed on the website is for administrative, legal, privacy, records, or business correspondence. It is not a walk-in clinic location. Website messages, email, voicemail, Spruce messages, or Office Ally portal messages may not be reviewed immediately and should not be used for emergencies.
Information We May Collect
Information You Provide
We may collect information you voluntarily provide through the Service, such as your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, preferred contact method, referral source, reason for inquiry, appointment request information, message content, or other information you choose to provide.
Message Content
If you submit a message through the Service, we may use the content of that message to respond to your request, evaluate whether NeuroEdge may be an appropriate fit, coordinate administrative follow-up, improve website functions, and maintain appropriate business records.
Location and Device Information
We may use information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring page, pages visited, and approximate location to maintain website security, improve functionality, understand website use, and support anti-fraud or troubleshooting activities.
Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The Service may use limited cookies, analytics tools, web beacons, server logs, or similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve design and usability, protect the website, and evaluate performance. Because healthcare websites may involve sensitive health-related browsing activity, NeuroEdge will make reasonable efforts to avoid using tracking technologies in a way that impermissibly discloses PHI or health-related inquiry information to third parties.
Before publication, any analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tools, or third-party tracking technologies should be reviewed for healthcare privacy compliance. NeuroEdge should avoid configuring Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, or analytics tools on pages that collect or reveal health-related information unless reviewed and configured with appropriate privacy safeguards, legal basis, and business associate arrangements where required.
Social Media
If you interact with NeuroEdge on social media, the information you post or send may be governed by the privacy policies and practices of the applicable social media platform. Please do not post or send sensitive health information through social media. NeuroEdge does not use social media interactions to provide emergency services, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized clinical guidance.

We do not sell personal health information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information when necessary for legitimate business, legal, administrative, privacy, or security purposes, including with vendors that help us operate the website, secure communications, scheduling, telehealth, email, forms, billing, insurance claims, or practice administration.
Where required, NeuroEdge will seek appropriate assurances, agreements, or business associate arrangements with vendors that create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI on behalf of the Practice.
Third-Party Vendors and Business Associates
NeuroEdge intends to use Office Ally for EHR/practice management, scheduling, documents, and insurance claims. NeuroEdge intends to use Spruce for SMS/text messaging, voicemail, secure form links, and telehealth appointment links. NeuroEdge may also use website hosting, email, payment processing, analytics, form, and administrative vendors. These vendors should be reviewed for privacy, security, HIPAA, California privacy, and business associate agreement requirements where applicable.
SMS Communications
If NeuroEdge uses SMS/text messaging, we may collect your phone number and message content for communication related to healthcare services, scheduling, administrative follow-up, forms, telehealth links, and practice-related matters. SMS communications should not be used for emergencies or detailed clinical information unless specifically permitted through a secure platform or workflow.
You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages by replying STOP, if supported by Spruce or the applicable messaging platform, or by contacting info@NeuroEdgePsych.com or [PHONE NUMBER]. Certain operational, treatment-related, billing, or legally required communications may still occur through other permitted methods.
Telehealth and Secure Communication
Telehealth appointment links, forms, and secure communications may be sent through Spruce and/or Office Ally, depending on the workflow used by NeuroEdge. Telehealth services may require additional informed consent, verification of identity, verification of physical location, confirmation of emergency contact information, and review of technology risks and limitations.
Retention of Information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal and professional recordkeeping requirements, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, and to maintain appropriate business records. Retention periods may vary depending on whether information is website visitor information, administrative information, clinical records, billing records, insurance records, or PHI.
For California psychology records, NeuroEdge should maintain health service records for the minimum period required by applicable law and professional standards, generally at least seven years from discharge; for minors, records generally must be retained for at least seven years after the minor reaches age 18, subject to applicable exceptions, payer requirements, litigation holds, and risk-management considerations.
Security
NeuroEdge uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no website, email system, form, SMS system, telehealth platform, EHR/practice management system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children Under 13
The Service is intended for adults, parents, guardians, referral sources, and individuals seeking information about services. NeuroEdge does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Service without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The Service may link to third-party websites or resources. NeuroEdge is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, accessibility, content, or terms of third-party websites. Review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
California Privacy Rights and Health Information Rights
Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other privacy-related action regarding certain personal information. Requests involving PHI are addressed through the Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable healthcare privacy laws, including HIPAA and California health information privacy laws when applicable. NeuroEdge will evaluate privacy requests according to the law that applies to the specific information and service relationship involved.
Changes to This Policy
NeuroEdge may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent version. We encourage visitors to review this policy periodically.
